I found my .plist file here:
C:\Users\Caro\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\Lockdown
Question is... when is this .plist file first generated? Is it generated as soon as the iPhone is connected to the computer for the first time and the drivers are installed or is it created upon activation with any of the possible methods?

The reason I'm asking this is that I'm sending a phone to my brother and I want to make it as simple as possible for him to activate it with his current AT&T card....
I already ran jailbreak on it and the phone is now in unactivated mode....
I had copied the .plist file that I found on my computer but then realized this might not work for him and that he needed his own plist... or am I wrong?
Will his computer generated a new .plist? does it need to be a .plist generated with the actual AT&T sim he's going to use or does it not matter?

Basically what steps can I run for him before he absolutely has to take over with his old AT&T card.
I thought maybe I could do everything up to step 12 here but at that point I started asking myself if some of the steps before needed to be run on the computer it will be connected to or with the old at&t card.

Thank you!

Ok I figured my own question... I realized the .plist file is the device ID which won't change from computer to computer.
So I'm guessing I can do most of the steps myself and then simply have my brother enter the EMEI and ICCID then run the tool....

BUT, can I also put the .pem file already on the phone for him or does he need to do that after connecting the iPhone to his computer.
