iActivator problem

hi guys, i did jailbreak to my iphone and its all good now i try the "Put PEM File" and it gives me alert says "error opening destination file to write on phone".
what is the problem?

ok now everything works. i reopen the iActivator and its all good.
now i got another problem with syncing music to my iphone.
at itunes it says i got capacity of 265 mb and when i sync my music folder to my iphone i dont see any music files in it.

People, please use the README.txt file included with it. That's what it's for. :)

If you don't complete every step successfully, then you will encounter problems. If a step fails, quit and restart the program, then retry that step again.

If you don't return to jail, then when you access your phone from iTunes, you won't see it's true capacity.

oh sorry i though the return to jail is to lock any sync to iphone so i didnt do that step.
