I just broke my ATT, is posible to program TurboSIM without it??
When I try my local SIM with turboSIM in the iPhone I get a "locked SIM" message and I can not even make an turbo-info.
Regards.
Locked SIM means you have to enter your PIN code.
You can use the ISA application to enter an IMSI yourself if you don't have an original AT&T card. However you'll have to program the Turbo SIM using another phone, as it can only be programmed on the iPhone if paired with a SIM from the locked network.

so do i have use/cut a original att sim or not?
is it possible to use the ISA methode without a att sim?
don't want to cut the original
the point of using ISA is to work without an AT&T SIM. But then you cannot use the iPhone to program the Turbo SIM, you'll have to use another phone and the Bladox desktop utilities, which is not as easy.

I try to find ISA app in bladox page but I can't find. Anyone knows where to download?
EDIT: ISA found http://www.bladox.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=542&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=180
I'm trying with a Nokia E61 usb connected and desktop turbo-info seems to found turbosim :)
The ICCID is the bit number that appear in the SIM card and start with 89 ??
Thanks.

I have a question about using Turbosim with an ATT sim. I have an old pre-cingular ATT plan/sim and don't want to 'upgrade' to a newer plan. As I understand it, turbosim spoofs an ATT imei number so that the phone thinks its a legit ATT chip. What does ATT see on their end? My real Sim number or the fake IMEI number?
In other words, can I get in trouble if I use turbosim on the ATT network? I'm not sure if I understand the way these things work...
thanks!

looks more like the IMSI. You can use any ICCID you like, it just matters for the activation.

The fake AT&T/O2/Orange/whatever IMSI is never sent on the network and is only used to fool the baseband. The network only sees the IMSI of the real SIM.

Well.... step by step...
I'm finally found ISA 0.93 in http://www.thinksmartshop.com/Soft.html (In the page says 0.91 but once installed the about says 0.93) and now i'm able to enter ICCID with my nokia.
Now I just miss the IMSI... Any cue??
Regards
In a similar position here. Managed to lock AT&T SIM, so cannot now use it for TurboSIM source. Doubt AT&T US would provide me the PUK calling from the UK.
Does anyone know if I could use another AT&T/cingular SIM (various sellers on ebay)?
If not, is another phone connected to the PC, and direct programming of the TurboSIM the only option?
thanks.

You just have to give a valid MCC/MNC for the locked provider i.e. for AT&T 08 39 01 14 10 xx xx xx xx (don't remember if you have to swap it or not with ISA through, here it's swapped).

Many thanks for the help. Think I'll go with using another AT&T card as TurboSIM source.
cheers.

Can you be more specific about how to get around without having a at&t sim at all.
I do have a bladox turbo sim but that needs to be programmed. Unfortunatelly, I am a newbie in this field. Have you seen a link that explains on how to program the bladox turbo sim with out AT&T card?
By the way, i want to make it work on an iPhone.
thanks
