Hi:

My TurboSIM is not responding according to the guides, :(
When I run turbo-info it hangs on "initializing modem".

Some background:
It worked from the beginnig, I had it working on OOB 1.1.2.
By mistake I restored to 1.0.2 with my own sim and TurboSIM inside.
After this it never worked again.

I guess I need to reset it in some way. I've tried turbo-reset and turbo-iphone-smsreset with the AT&T card and with following outcome.

Thanks in advance!! :D

--------------------------------
# turbo-reset
initializing modem
AT+CPMS="SM","SM"
ERROR

Had a similar procedure (downgrading from 1.1.1 to 1.0.2). Then I pulled out my sim/Turbosim, put in the att simcard and did all the upgrade/activate/jailbreak to 1.1.2. Pulled out att card, reinserted tsim/mysim - works.

I had the same problem. I solved it by resetting my turbosim like this:

Insert your TurboSim + any SIM in another phone
Enable the SIM PIN on that phone and power cycle

When the phone requests the PIN, enter the TurboSIM PIN (written on Bladox package). A message will come up saying that the PIN is incorrect, but the PIN attempts should not be decreased.

Put back your TSIM + AT&T SIM in the iPhone and reprogram it

Thank you Rockman, it worked!

I didn't work exactly as you described it, but the concept worked. Thanks a million!!

I inserted TSIM+my own SIM in another phone and enabled SIM PIN with my SIM's PIN.
Power cycled and unlocked with my PIN. It failed the first time but succeded the second time.
(So the difference is that I used my own PIN and not TSIM's.)

I placed TSIM+AT&T into the iPhone and managed to program without issues.
Perfect!

Thanks again!
