Maxis - "call failed" for outgoing

I am living in Malaysia and successfully hack the IPhone howver
I could not use it for outgoing with message "call failed" but able to received
incoming calls. My service provide Is Maxis. Any suggestion

Go to Settings -> Phone -> Show my Caller ID and set to ON. It should solve your problem.
