Visual Voicemail - Orange

Down here, Orange have service called Visual Voice mail.
i have in on my nokia 6680 now, but i have dedicate application for it.

is there any way to configure the Voicemail button to work with my Visual Voicemail ?

are you with Orange UK? I have just called customer services and they said they do not support visual voicemail on any handset. How do you get it on your nokia? Also, on 1.1.1 do you get the red dot when someone leaves you a voicemail? Thanks
