how to unlock in bahrain?

i ordered online an iphone. i should get it in a couple of days but how can i unlock it to use it in Bahrain? is it the same way everywhere? i have the Zain network, formerly vodafone.

Can you please start reading the other threads? It is very annoying with people posting simple problems every 2.nd minute. It has all been solved before, and you can find it in 2 seconds.

I've just received 6 iPhones from the US 3 days back (I'm in Bahrain too), 4 of them came with version 1.1.1 and 2 with version 1.1.2...

so if you get yours with version 1.1.2, you are out of luck and you will only be able to use it as an iPod Touch, till the iPhone Dev Team unlock it.

and finally, I think before posting question and requests, you should search the forum. I'm sure you will find 10s if not 100s of guides on how to unlock the iPhone using Mac or PC....

and once you understand what a great work the dev team has done so far... I suggest donating to support them.
