View Full Version : Unable to Downgrade from 1.1.1 to 1.0.2
I'm trying to get my iphone running 1.1.2. I've downgraded the phone to 1.1.1 but haven't had any luck getting it back to 1.0.2. I get error 1 in iTunes. Any idea as to what the issue here is? I haven't had any luck running any of the anySIM variations on Baseband 4.02.13_G.
I've also tried the revirginizer .4 but after backing up the seczone it fails during the revirginizing process.
Not sure what to do here...

I'm having the exact same problem. I've tried closing down itunes (and all associated itunes programs in system tray) and restarting... didn't work.
Tried uninstalling & reinstalling itunes... still didn't work.
Tried iTunes 7.4.1.2 AND 7.5... neither made any difference.
Am I doing it right??? Open iTunes -> connect iPhone -> click iPhone logo > shift + click on [restore] -> select 1.0.2 firmware -> restore starts... but almost straight away it comes up with the error!!!
