Upgrade 1.1.1 to 1.1.2, How to remove Installer Icon

I upgraded to 1.1.2 and am unable to remove the Installer icon, is there any way to do this after the upgrade. I was able to do this via iBrickr in 1.1.1. I did the search and could find no solutions. Any advice would be appreciated

if i am not wrong you can connect it thru winSCP and delete "installer.app" folder from applications folder

SSH into the phone and delete it, though you'd constantly have SSH on then.
