Ok, so i've got these two phones i'm trying to unlock for a friend. One is 1.1.1 and the other was 1.0. I'm pretty sure they had ATT service because you could fiddle around with them and youtube worked. So I didn't restore them or anything because I wanted them to keep their contacts and stuff, so I took the 1.1.1 and went to jailbreakme.com Installed appsnap and it was jailbroken. This phone seems to refresh sources VERY SLOWLY. My 1.0.2 refreshes the source in 1/2 second. This phone literally takes 2 minutes to refresh the sources. Not sure why. But I installed BSD Subsystem, Summerboard, blackjack and all that stuff and also the source i.unlock.no and downloaded anysim1.1 and installed that. Said it was unlocked successfully. So I pop in my sim, and I call my house. Works fine! Then I take it out, and put the old ATT sim back in. I update the 1.0 iphone to 1.1.1 using iTunes(default update-even though i thought 1.1.2 was out) and run jailbreakme.com and run anysim1.1. This phone said unlocked right and all that, but it won't make any calls. It connects to my wifi, and it shows no bars of service, and no carrier logo. So I put it back into my first iphone I unlocked, and it doesn't work either! so I'm OneSim both of them, and AnySim1.1 them again, still nothing. Then after a few restarts one of them recognizes the sim and shows T-Mobile with full service, so I restarted it and it didn't work anymore... WTF??? Also, whenever I install the Youtube activation inside the AppSnap it makes youtube NOT work. I have to leave it like it was or it won't work. PLEASE someone help me. I can't find anyone on here with a similar problem.
