from the sticky above, iPhone dev team didn't make AnySim 1.2 , so where did it came from? who made it?

The elite dev team did, it's posted on their wiki / google code site.

It is not made by iPhone elite team, it is simply AnySIM 1.1 hex edited to work with firmware 1.1.2

So it is basically iPhone dev team's AnySIM 1.1 modified by iPhone elite team.
