Works, havent tested on-board audio(Azalia) or sata (using ide) or firewire as i have no sata/firewire devices yet.

I can confirm that everything works. SATA works in ATA mode. Audio (ACL882) works with Taruga's driver. Firewire works perfectly.
Network chip Marvell 8053 needs AppleYukon.kext version 1.0.1 Pretty nice board.
Btw it should say 8i945GMF...
