Bluetooth is crippled in the iPhone, I guess by Software, so there is hope in the future, but now, no. There isn't any way to send and receive files the Traditional Way.

I really want to see an app that allows Bluetooth music but I'd guess everyone will be way to busy with hacking new firmware thanks to apple.
