iSwitcher

I just update my iPhone to 1.1.1 last week, since I can't use iBrickr, I use iNstaller, but I can't find iSwitcher on it, probably there's another source that I need to add?
How can I change the icon beside using iSwitcher?
I did search the forum before posting.
