Confused? Re-Virginizing w/ unlocked 1.02 - already unlocked help!!!!

Ok, my iPhone out of the box was 1.02 I unlocked using the Easy_Faster_iUnlocker (10 minute unlock) so I was following the REVIRGINIZER method because I read that if you used anything other than the IPSF method your baseband is messed up.. but when I attempt to do the Re-VIRGINIZER method at the part where I run IPSF I get the "ALREADY UNLOCKED!" message.

So does this mean that I can update to 1.11 and do a unlock? Or is there any way to tell if my baseband is messed up? or am I going about this the wrong way.. cause Ive read some people in the REVIGINIZER thread say that they unlocked with iUNLOCKED and successfully revirginized.. anyone able to shed some light? thanks

I run IPSF I get the "ALREADY UNLOCKED!" message.

I also use unlock-fast to unlock my 1.0.2 too, but I have trouble running ipsf. Mine freeze.
How do you manage to run ispf? I ran simfree version 1.6 and it ask me 2 messages so I did OK and OK. Then ISPF screen comes up. but no more steps or any message. What do I suppose to get? a process bar?

if it says already unlocked you didnt do the bbupdater before you get to the application trick. You need to apply the fls and eep file and reflash the baseband before you can generate a proper loader and everything for it.
follow the directions in the post from scratch. Use your AT&T SIM in the phone, do a restore to 1.0.2 again, then re-activate/jailbreak.
Then follow these directions after you get SSH going:

so basically what your saying is for all of us who are unlocked already...

-Restore to 1.02 > Activate/Jailbreak > BBupdate > Revirginize > Update 1.11 > Jailbreak/Unlock

or

-BBupdate > Restore to 1.02 > Activate/Jailbreak > do the 1.11 thingy

You need to bbupdate > runipsf > flash fixed nvram > then you have an unlocked phone with fixed nvram.

ok.. I think I figured out whats wrong ..

if it shows already unlocked REFLASH THE BB again... if u followed the .DOC follow the post .. the instrucitons are slightly different..
