Customize App Problems

I've installed Customize and a few sound packs to go with it. Woopteedoo.

I noticed last night that the sound I chose for "Send Email" had suddenly become the camera shutter sound too. Weird.

I then decided that I wanted a 5 icon dock. Fired up Customize and moved some stuff around and wham.

My iPod icon dissapeared.

In a bit of a panic, I uninstalled all the Customize Packs and Customize itself. Restarted and now...

I can't see the Summerboard icon so I can't change my theme to anything or reset the dock, the dock is empty but the iPod icon is back, at the bottom of the list (scrolling down works).

What the hell? Do I have to restore the phone with 1.0.2?

Seems like there are a lot of bugs still in the 1.1.1 Alpha versions. If you do a manual update of your Summerboard from http://www.apptapp.com/summerboard/ you should be back with your dock intact.

Actually I'm still running FW 1.0.2 on my phone. Or do you mean Summerboard 1.1.1? Will it work on a 1.0.2 phone?

Bump for the night crowd. Anyone know what I can do?

When I go to restore the phone with iTunes (Win/7.4.2.4) it only offers "restore and update". Can I restore and stop the update to 1.1.1 before it installs it?

Me and my mate are had similar issues with new Customize update. The iPod icon popped out of dock and we couldn't put the iPod icon back on the dock.

We restored in 1.0.2 but was a pain to install everything back again.

v1.13 of Customize that just came out today fixes the issues that arose when people updated to Customize v1.12. I hear people with f/w1.1.1 iPhones are still having issues, but I'm on f/w1.0.2 still.

I had "borked" (my new word for almost Bricking my iPhone) so much that even with Summerboard and Customize installed, their icons weren't showing up. Then I did the stupid thing of installing Summerboard 1.1.1 and the phone hung on the Apple screen start up, trying to install it.

Desperate, I plugged it into iBrickr and deleted it.

Then I reinstalled Customize/Summerboard and Dock. With Dock I was able to access Customize not from the Springboard, but by the sliding icon list. I was then able to restore the settings to normal. Sounds and all.

Weirdly enough, the Installer on the iPhone can't see Customize, iBrickr can. I'm not messing with it ever again.

After this experience I have to say that Customize is a dangerous program to fuck with.

I have upgraded to v1.13 Customize (latest) but my iPod icon is still messed up and I have FW v1.0.2. It is still located at the very end of the springboard. In the Customize setting under rSBT (Icon Order), the icon for iPod disappeared and no matter where you place it, it will ended up at the last position of the springboard? Will v1.20 fix this problem?
