Hi,
I have a wireless network at my school and it requires an HTTP proxy (manual) to connect to the internet. I have put in the appropriate settings in on the wifi settings on my iphone and safari works fine. However, the mail app will not retrieve my mail on this http proxy wireless network. It says checking for mail for like 10 minutes and nothing happens. I have tried using the mail app on my home wireless network and it works fine there. Any suggestions as how i can fix this??
