Hi,

I'm gonna buy an iPod Touch soon and i've got some questions about it. First of all do I need to jailbreak it before I can run iPhone apps on it? Second, in some topics ur talking about an app directory. Can you only access it if the iPod is jailbreaked? And my last question is what are the risks of jailbreaking it? Can it brick like the iPhone or something? Thanks in advance

Yes you need to jailbreak your iTouch to do all of that.

So far the worse that will happen is you need to restore and you'll lose all your music.
