I have been successfully using my unlocked iphone for just over 2 weeks.

I have noticed recently that my photos and album art browsing won't switch to landscape like it use to? The only things changed over the last few days was installing aquarium and butterfly games. I have since uinstalled.

Sensor apps shows everthing is ok with the accelerometer (arrow points where it should), just the stock iphone apps won't respond to rotating, so it can't be hardware.

I have reflashed firmware 1.0.2 from scratch, also manual overwritten applications with cyberduck, but still no luck???

Alright, I was fooling around with it and got it to work again. This is what I did.

Turn off iPhone.
Turn it back on.
Go to iPod.
Go to Album.
Turn 90 to see cover flow.
Exit iPod and go back into Photos.

Worked for me. Both photos and safari.

hi
there is an application in Installer.app called sensors. When you install this application you can test your sensors.

thx

Jlasko...thanks for that....I checked the Accelerometer...it works just fine...but I still can't get the image to rotate when I turn the phone. So I guess it's a software glitch. Anyone able to help with that?? Thanks in advance.
